InkJet Factory

MPF Automated Solutions uses the state of the art InkJetFactory to professionally refill our client’ cartridges. We utilize a process whereby we maximize our success rates in refilling your cartridges. All cartridges undergo an inspection process in which we visually check the condition of the cartridge.  The cartridge then is circuit tested to ensure that the print head is not damaged and checks out electronically. We then go through a

thorough cleaning process whereby the old ink is removed by putting into a centrifuge and the print head is cleaned with an atomizer to remove any old ink residue. The drilling (if necessary) and filling process follows.  The IJF uses a vacuum chamber to refill cartridges to prevent air bubbles for better cartridge performance.  Then each cartridge is tested in a printer to ensure quality.  The inks used in our process are of the finest quality.
